Terms of Service
Global Media Registry Directory, operated by Alessandro De Marco, trading as Global Media Registry, provides a searchable database of talent and entertainment agencies for informational purposes. By creating an account or buying access you agree to these terms.
Access passes
Access is sold as passes of a fixed length: one day, one week, one month, three months, six months or one year. The price shown includes VAT at the rate where you live and is charged by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms. Access starts as soon as the payment completes and runs to the end of the period. Buying a further pass while one is still running adds to the time you have left.
A pass does not renew by itself. When it ends, your access stops and nothing is charged unless you buy again or have switched on auto-renew.
Immediate access and cancellation
Because a pass is digital content delivered straight away, you are asked before paying to confirm that you want access immediately and that you give up the 14-day right to cancel the purchase. Our refund policy explains what we refund regardless.
Auto-renew
Monthly and yearly passes can be set to renew automatically. Auto-renew is off unless you switch it on at checkout or from your account. When it is on, Paddle charges the same price for the same length at the end of each period, and we email you before every charge with the amount, the date and a link to stop. You can stop auto-renew at any time from your account in one step; your access then continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further charge is taken. If a renewal payment fails we tell you, and if it cannot be collected your access simply ends.
Your account
Access is personal to you. Do not share your login or the directory data with others. Automated access of any kind is not allowed: no scrapers, bots, browser extensions or scripts, no bulk downloading or copying of listings, and no redistribution, sharing or resale of agency information, in whole or in part. A pass used this way is revoked without refund and the account closed.
Directory data
Agency information is compiled from public sources, partner submissions and reviewed member contributions. We check what we can, but we make no guarantee that any listing is complete or current, that an agency is trading or accepting submissions, or that it will respond to you. Listings can be changed or removed at any time.
Licensed partners
Global Media Registry licenses directory data to selected partner platforms. Those partners may make some or all of this information available to their own users under their own terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version and material changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
Scout programme
Members may suggest corrections to agency listings. Points for approved corrections are awarded at our discretion, and we may change how they are earned, or end the programme, at any time. Points have no cash value until a payout request has been approved; until then they are a record of your contributions, not money owed to you.
Payouts are a discretionary reward, not payment for work: taking part does not make you our employee, worker or contractor, and you are responsible for any tax due on what you receive. Submitting information you know to be false, or gaming the programme in any other way, forfeits all points and any pending payout.
Points are earned only when a reviewer approves a submission, at the following rates. We may change them for future submissions at any time; the rate in force when a submission is approved is the one applied.

Payouts are made at our discretion after we approve a request, by the method you chose, with no fixed payment date and no guarantee of timing. Points may be converted to access or to money only through the account page, cannot be transferred, and expire if the account is closed. We may withhold or reverse a payout where we believe a submission was false, copied, duplicated or otherwise not made in good faith.
